I bought these as a gift for my daughter's first place when they were on sale. They are just lovely short of a champagne gold. They have a wonderful sheen that looks like real silk. Definitely worth the money and then some!

Lucious expensive-looking curtains I purchased eight panels for my living room and dining room. They arrived within a week. All eight panels matched perfectly (color lot length). I hung them and gave them about 24 hours to relax the creases from their original packaging. There are a few remaining small wrinkles that I could remove with a warm iron. I have chosen to leave them 'as is' because the remaining wrinkles are not very noticeable and also give them an "authentic" silk look. They are more elegant in person than are reflected in the photograph. The sheen of the fabric catches the light exactly as real silk would. The curtain weights at the bottom of each panel (another feature you'd find in high end products) keep them hanging straight without making them look taught. The layers of lining give the curtains depth (the folds are soft and full). They allow a glow of ambient light through them. It is exactly what I wanted as I use them for decoration and texture. I would not recommend them if you are looking for 'black out' curtains. I was expecting a different color from what was shown in the photograph. Other reviewers indicated that they have a gold undertone. That is exactly right. If you'd like to have a sense for what color they are pour a glass of champagne. Voila! That is the color! The seaming on the panels differentiates these from the other less expensive curtains. You simply do not notice the hems. They appear as thought they were sewn by a professional. I've not needed to have them cleaned. As such I'm not sure how they will withstand the process. Will they shrink? Will they become crooked? I do not know so the 'excellent' rating I provided is only based on the experience I have with them in the month that I've had them. I looked everywhere for panels that I would want in my formal living and dining rooms. These curtains absolutely work. They look many times more expensive than they were and add the finishing touch to both rooms.
