love these drapes! The color is as shown online. The purple is a lovely deep dark purple that adds color to the room without being too obvious or bright. It matches a stripe in my comforter. The fabric quality is very good. It does not have a sheen which suited my room as my comforter is a casual cotton. They hang well. They are not lined so if your window faces strong sunlight you may not want these. My window has northern exposure so these are perfect. They do allow some light through but not much as the fabric is somewhat thick. I bought drape hooks and hung the drapes from drape rings. This made them look even more expensive than they were. If I needed more drapes I would buy them again.
