I bought the espresso panels. They are very dark, but appear as pictured. They are heavy, well made drapes. They are super light blockers. I would highly recommend these. They look elegant and drape nicely.

Beautiful drapes. I received these last week and wow, I'm impressed. They are very heavy and they provide a striking contrast to the Tiffany blue walls of my room. I purchased two panels to cover the all-glass french doors in my bedroom. In truth, one panel would have done the trick, but the two panels make the drapes fall in lovely rich folds. As an added bonus, not only do they completely block out all light from the glass doors for a nice dark room at night, they provide some nice sound (and probably heat/cold) insulation as well! The only thing I'd mention as a possible drawback is these suckers take a ZILLION drapery rings to hang them. EACH panel takes twenty-two rings. That's right, I said TWENTY-TWO. You could, of course, hang them by every other drapery hook (I did that at first), but it doesn't look as nice as having a ring for every hook. So be prepared to buy extra drapery rings! It took six sets of the rings I have to get my two panels hung.

I ordered 6 panels of these drapes and was so impressed with their look and quality that I ordered more to finish off another room in my condo. You will not be disappointed with these!

As described: thick and heavy and beautiful. We bought four double panels to create a backdrop for a performance area. The curtains threaded easily on a small metal pole and hung in attractive folds. The lining doesn't match the curtain (it's white for all colors, I think) but this wasn't an issue, though it would have been nice to have it at least dark for this very dark color. The Espresso color is a rich dark brown, very attractive. All in all we were satisfied, and may purchase panels of another color to use in our dining room in the winter. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Absolutely Gorgeous Drapes. These drapes are wonderful. This is the best price you will find anywhere for velvet drapes of this quality. Excellent addition to my new dining room. I would highly recommend these to everyone.

Best ever Curtains. I moved into a home one block off the boulevard and on a busy street. My bedroom faces the street. These curtains black out light, sound and have just really put an elegance to the room. I always make my 'guest' feel the weight of the curtains. They are classy and show every penny in the cost and are worth more. I plan to buy more for the other rooms. I love them more than any purchase I have ever made. They are thick and heavy and lined and rich in color

Great! Saw the what looks like the same ones that we wanted at Pottery Barn, but for 1/3 the price. Good quality, nice and think, and lined as well.
