Shipping Policy

Orders of Ready Made items are processed and shipped from our CA warehouse within 72 hrs of the order being placed, M-F (Holidays Excluded). You can expect your order to be delivered in 10-12 business days.

Backordered and Custom items generally ship in 3-5 weeks unless otherwise noted.

International delivery times will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping methods available for online purchases in the USA:

Orders shipping to PO Box & APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be sent using the United States Postal Service, USPS.

Orders are shipped out Mon-Fri (Holidays Excluded). Rush orders must be received/processed by 1pm, PST Mon-Fri (Holidays Excluded). Any orders received after 1pm, PST Mon-Fri and orders placed over a weekend will be processed the next business day.
