Our Return Policy
Half Price Drapes wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We hope you will order something you will love for years to come. With this in mind, if you should receive an item you do not wish to keep we are here to assist you.
Half Price Drapes warranties our products against all defects including manufacturing and workmanship. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of the order, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
 
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 our return policy has been updated.  Once we receive a return it will be quarantined for 7 days and then the return will be processed.  Please allow this extra time to keep both our staff and future customers safe.  Thank you.
Ready Made Return Policy

Items featured on our website as Ready Made are items kept in stock. These items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the order. Once an RMA is issued you have 30 days to return the item back to us.  Items must be returned in their original packaging, and in their original condition, or may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Roman and Cellular Shades
Roman and Cellular Shades:
Roman and Cellular Shades are considered custom items as they are made to a customer’s specifications, without exception. Roman and Cellular shades can be returned for a partial refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order.**
**Half Price Drapes will retain 50% of the purchase price for all returned shades.

Custom Made Items
Custom Made & Made to Order Items:
Items featured on our website as Custom Made are items that are made to a customer’s specifications. Custom made items can be returned for a partial refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order.*
Items marked as Made To Order are fabricated based on the regular stocked sizes.  The items can be returned for a partial refund within 30 day of the receipt of order.*
*Half Price Drapes will retain 50% of the purchase price for custom items that are returned to us.

Fabric by the Yard
Fabric by the Yard:
Fabric by the Yard purchases can ONLY be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase.  After 24 hours, we will not accept any cancellations & returns - as all sales are final.
Hardware
Hardware:
Metal and Wooden Hardware can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. Hardware must be returned in its original packaging, and in its original condition, or may be subject to 15% restocking fee.

Items featured on our website within the Sales Outlet are items kept in stock. These items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and in original condition, or may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Items
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or is defective, we’re happy to set up a prompt replacement. Please contact us upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 30 days of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item.

To initiate a return on any of our item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for product-specific return procedures. Once an RMA is issued you have 30 days to return the item back to us.

All returns require a RMA. There are two ways to receive an RMA receipt:

At Half Price Drapes we are committed to providing the best quality products at the best possible prices. If you find one of our products on another site at a lower price within 5 days of your purchase, we will match that price. Please supply us with the website you saw the item(s) on and listed price.

Price Protection Policy: Buy with confidence from Half Price Drapes. If an item you have purchased from Half Price Drapes goes on sale for a lower price within 10 days of your purchase we will refund the difference.  Customers must notify us of the price difference within the 10 day window in order to receive the discounted price.  Please feel free to contact Customer Service regarding retroactive coupon pricing and refunds, by phone at 866.413.7273 or email us at customerservice@halfpricedrapes.com.

Please note:  Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by our accounting department.  Your bank then has up to 2 billing cycles to post your refund.  Please contact your bank if your credit does not appear on your bank statement with in 2 billing cycles.

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Half Price Drapes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
