We gather four types of information: public, private, communicative, and automatic.
Public information will include that information available for registered members to view, or demographic information. Communicative information is exclusive between the parties involved in some form of communication through the Site. Sharing of Information
As a member of the Site, you are also a member of the Relationship Exchange and therefore your profile is displayed on all Relationship Exchange websites. Half Price Drapes warranties our products against all defects including manufacturing and workmanship within 30 days of receipt. If there is a defect in either the material or workmanship Half Price Drapes will remake them at our expense. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Made To Order Drapes: Drapes featured as ‘Made to Order’ on our website are standard size items that are NOT KEPT IN STOCK. These items are manufactured at the time the order is placed. ‘Made to Order’ items can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the receipt of the order. Items must be returned in their original packaging or may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Custom Made Drapes, Shades and Accessories: Curtains, Drapes, Shades and Accessories, featured as ‘Custom Made’ on our website are made to customer specifications. Customers have 1 business day to cancel or change a ‘Custom Made’ order before their credit card is charged for the full amount of the item(s). If a ‘Custom Made’ order is cancelled after 1 business day, Half Price Drapes may retain Up To 50% of the original payment. If your ‘Custom Made’ order is received, and if you are not happy with the product you can return the item(s) within 30 days from the receipt of the order. HARDWARE: Metal and wood hardware sets can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the receipt of the order. All hardware must be returned in its original packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging or may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Any hardware that has been cut or modified in any way is not returnable for refund or credit.
HPD Sales Outlet items and Clearance items: All items in our OUTLET section as well as items marked CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are NOT returnable for a refund or credit.
