Grommet Panels will use the length of the entire fabric from top to bottom. The length will not be from the grommet eyelets to the bottom of the panel. The length of fabric above the grommets measures 1”. The panels have NO fullness into them, so be sure to order at least 2 times the width of your window for Proper fullness.

*Due to natural fibers and waves, this material may stretch over time. Adding a small "puddle" or "break" (typically 1".3") is recommended to disguise any variance in your finished drapery length

The Pole Pocket with Back Tabs offers two styles — a gathered look via the pocket, or a clean fixed ripple fold via the back tabs without needing rings. The Pole Pocket with Hook Belt allows a gathered look via the pocket, or a more structured pleated finish by attaching drapery pins to the hook belt and hanging from rings or a traverse rod. The Pole Pocket with Hook Belt & Back Tabs is the most versatile header — three distinct hanging styles from one header: gathered on the rod, clean ripple fold via back tabs, or pleated finish via hook belt and drapery pins. The Deluxe Tab Top features fabric loops that hang directly on the rod for a relaxed, architectural look. The Grommet header features large metal eyelets (1⅝" inside diameter) that slide directly onto the rod for a clean, even-fold contemporary look. Rods up to 1⅜" in diameter recommended. The French Pleat creates a classic three-finger pinch pleat — tailored, formal, and the best choice for traverse rod installations. Suitable to hang from rings or carriers. The Goblet Pleat forms champagne-goblet-shaped pleats at the top — a statement header that adds drama and a sense of occasion. Suitable to hang from rings or carriers. What lining options are available and how does each affect light?

4 lining options are available. Unlined adds no weight to the panel — sheerness and opacity are unaffected, the best choice when you want to preserve a light, airy character. Lined adds a clean finished back, a uniform appearance from outside, moderate privacy, and limited light protection for the face fabric. Lined & Interlined adds cotton flannel between the face fabric and lining — meaningful body and substance, excellent insulation, and moderate light control. The most popular choice for living rooms and dining rooms. Blackout Lining obstructs 100% of light from passing into the room when properly installed — the choice for bedrooms, nurseries, and any space requiring complete darkness.

What length should I choose and what look does each create?

As a custom curtain, you specify your exact finished length at order. For rod pocket and back tab headers, measure from the top of the rod to your desired endpoint. For grommet headers, measure from the bottom of the ring to the floor — grommets hang below the rod, reducing effective length by 1–2 inches. For French Pleat, Goblet, Parisian, and Inverted Pleat headers, measure from the hook to the floor. Sill length gives a clean casual look suited to kitchens and rooms with furniture below the window. Apron length (4–6 inches below the sill) is slightly more polished. Float (½ inch above the floor) is clean and contemporary, practical for daily use. Kiss (just grazing the floor) is the classic elegant standard most customers choose. A puddle (2–3 inches on the floor) suits formal, low-traffic rooms. Adding an extra ½ inch to your measurement is recommended for any variance in floor level across wider windows.

HPD ships within the contiguous United States, including Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, PO Boxes or address with PPO or PRO.

Delivery time varies depending on the types of items in your order and the selected shipping option. Please refer to our Shipping policy for details.

- Ready To Ship Curtains, Metal Hardware, Tie-Up Shades & Home Decor:

Ships Within 2-3 Business Days. Most orders are delivered within 5-8 business days after order purchase.

- Custom items are handcrafted in our overseas workrooms. Shipping time varies by product type:

Custom Curtains & Roman Shades are shipped within 2 - 4 weeks days of placing the order.

These items are delivered within 7-14 business days after shipment. We recommend budgeting in a few more days of delivery time due to global carrier delays during holiday seasons, extreme weather events, etc. Once shipped, you will receive an email with FedEx tracking information. FedEx requires a customer signature as proof of delivery for these orders. Express and Expedited shipping options are not available for Custom items.

- Wooden Hardware:

Our wooden hardware is shipped for free within 7-10 business days after placing the order and is delivered within 4-7 business days from shipment date. These products are only shipped via our Economy (Free) option. Express and Expedited shipping options are not available.

- Swatches:

Swatches are shipped for free via USPS First Class and are delivered within 5 to 8 business days after shipment. The USPS First Class service currently does not provide a package tracking number. We strive to pack and ship your orders within 1-3 business days. Customers can also pay for urgent shipping with Express (1 Day Delivery) or Expedited (2 Days Delivery) shipping options using FedEx.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For Urgent Shipping:

We offer Express - 1 Day Shipping and Expedited - 2 Days Shipping options for Ready Made items and Swatches. Urgent Shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Urgent shipping orders received before 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day for 1 day delivery (Express Shipping) or 2 days delivery (Expedited Shipping). Orders placed after 1:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped on the next business day. For example, an order placed at 1:30 pm Eastern Time on Friday afternoon will not ship until the following Monday. Please Note: We currently do not offer urgent shipping for Custom Curtains and Roman Shades, Roller Shades, Wooden Hardware.
