Flat Panels have NO fullness sewn into them, so be sure to order at least 2 times the width of your window for proper fullness.
Pleated Panels have the fullness sewn into them, so be sure to fit the panels to your rod for proper coverage.
Grommet Panels will use the length of the entire fabric from top to bottom. The length will not be from the grommet eyelets to the bottom of the panel. The length of fabric above the grommets measures 1”. The panels have NO fullness into them, so be sure to order at least 2 times the width of your window for Proper fullness.
* Due to natural fibers and waves, this material may stretch over time. Adding a small "puddle" or "break" (typically 1" - 3") is recommended to disguise any variance in your finished drapery length.
*** Custom flat panels wider than 50 inches and pleated panels wider than 25 inches will include a seam. ***

How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time varies depending on the types of items in your order and the selected shipping option. Please refer to our Shipping policy for details.
For Free Shipping:
- Ready Made
Most orders are delivered within 5-8 business days after receiving the order.
- Custom & Made to Order
Custom & Made to Order items are handcrafted in our overseas workrooms. These are delivered within 15-28 business days after order confirmation.
- Swatches
Swatches are delivered within 5 to 8 business days after receiving the order.
- Wooden Hardware
Our wooden hardware is shipped for free within 7-10 business days after placing the order and is delivered within 4-7 business days from shipment date. These products are only shipped via our Economy (Free) option. Express and Expedited shipping options are not available.
For Urgent Shipping:
We offer Express - 1 Day Shipping and Expedited - 2 Days Shipping options for Ready Made items and Swatches. Urgent Shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Urgent shipping orders received before 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day for 1 day delivery (Express Shipping) or 2 days delivery (Expedited Shipping). Orders placed after 1:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. For example, an order placed at 1:30 pm Eastern Time on Friday afternoon will not ship until the following Monday.
We currently do not offer urgent shipping for the following items:
- Custom Curtains, Roller Shades, and Cellular Shades
- Made to Order Curtains,
- Wooden Hardware
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
I have not received my return refund, who do I contact?
If you find that you have not been refunded for a return that has reached our warehouse, you can email our customer service department at customerservice@halfpricedrapes.com or call us at 866-413-7273, and we will be happy to help you. We highly recommend that you keep any tracking information you received when shipping the order back to us until you see the refund amount listed on the statement of your method of payment.
Can I exchange my item for a different color or size?
Half Price Drapes does not accept items for an exchange or store credit. If you wish to replace the items you have received, we recommend that you return the unwanted items for a refund as soon as possible and place a new order.
